On 3 December 2012 the resolution on the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects (Report of the First Committee A/67/413) was adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations without a vote.
